Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure that all designs meet client specifications and adhere to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in drafting software, and a keen eye for detail. • Create and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD including grading plans, drainage plans, and utility layouts (No civil design experience or design required.) Requirements • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PDF editor such as Bluebeam • Familiarity with architectural drafting standards and building codes.
