Jody Deluca Designs, a full-service interior design firm based in Darien, CT and covering Fairfield County, New York and vacation destinations. We are a residential design firm, and we pride ourselves on helping our clients create a space that they are excited to call home. This role is a full time in-office Interior Design Assistant / Project Manager position supporting the lead designer. Key responsibilities include the following: - Prepare presentations and materials, schedule and attend client meetings and site visits - Source furniture, fabric, hardware & accessories - Create floor plans and elevations in AutoCAD or Revit - Generate POs for custom furniture designs, upholstery and window treatments - Collaborating with billing/ordering team to ensure all product orders have been placed and billed and smooth worth flow - Create and manage project budgets, schedules, installation timelines and project punch lists - Create paint, lighting, hardware, and tile plans for contractors ... Organize and oversee project installations, coordinate deliveries and willing to be onsite representing the firm for smooth and accurate installations - Comfortable managing several projects at the same time alongside the lead designer Please send your resume to emily@jodydeluca.com
