Interior Design Assistant Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Interior Design assistant position is a vital member on the Bear Creek Design Group Team. This position is part of a collaborative team, which significantly impacts the overall financial well-being of the company. The Interior Design Assistant provides direct administrative support to Interior Designers and aid in achieving project goals that help identify an overall design concept. They will help research and identify a variety of materials and support the Interior Design Department in all aspects of design to include creating floor plans as well as drawings and renderings in 2020 design software. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports Directly To: Manager - Design Center Also works closely with: All Interior Designers RESPONSIBILITIES: Help Interior Designers take accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
