Interior Design Assistant / Home Staging Assistant

Desert Sky Design is expanding, and we are seeking an Interior Design Assistant/Home Staging Assistant who brings energy, reliability, and a sharp eye for modern style. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with most of the work centered on luxury home staging across the Foothills, Oro Valley, and Tucson area. You will work in the warehouse, on installations, and inside luxury properties. Qualifications • Staging experience preferred but not required • Must have dependable personal transportation • Comfortable traveling throughout the Foothills and Oro Valley for daily staging needs • Ability to lift and carry decor and boxes as part of daily work • Computer proficiency required, as you will work inside company software and inventory systems • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow direction quickly • Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic • Interest in modern design, interiors, and hands on creative work • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast moving team Desert Sky Design is Tucson’s premier luxury interior design and home staging firm.
