Los Angeles | Full-Time | In-Office Design & Project Assistance: • Assist with sourcing furniture, lighting, textiles, antiques, and decorative accessories • Organize samples, memos, and presentation materials • Track design selections, approvals, and revisions • Support project managers with coordination of drawings, specifications, and correspondence • Attend installations and site visits as required Vendor & Trade Coordination: • Communicate with showrooms, artisans, workrooms, and vendors • Request pricing, lead times, and availability • Assist with purchase orders, order tracking, and documentation • Maintain organized digital and physical files Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art History, or a related field preferred • 1–3 years of experience in a high-end residential design studio (internships considered) • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Professional demeanor with clear written and verbal communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software (CAD, SketchUp, Studio Designer, Adobe) a plus • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly under deadlines Experience: • interior design project: 1 year (Preferred) • interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
