Interior Design Assistant

McCoy Design Studio is growing and we’re looking for a detail-loving, CAD-savvy, wildly organized design assistant to become the production backbone of our studio. This role begins part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right person. You’ll work directly with the principal designer to bring high-end residential projects from concept to reality. This role is perfect for someone who: Loves CAD drawings, elevations, and technical details Is energized by spec sheets, sourcing, and making things make sense Is highly organized, proactive, and professionally polished Wants to grow into a long-term role in a fast-moving, creative studio Has a good sense of humor (because we’ll be working closely and laughing is mandatory) You’ll be responsible for: Producing CAD drawings and design documentation Creating and maintaining spec sheets and schedules Assisting with sourcing, ordering, and project coordination Supporting the execution of multiple high-end residential projects Helping transform design concepts into beautifully finished spaces
