Residential design firm is seeking a part-time assistant to join our team! You will assist principal designer with all aspects of a project, from concept to completion. We are looking for a committed person who is eager to grow with our rapidly expanding business. Qualifications: \- Excellent note taking & documentation \- Have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented \- Have the ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team \- Knowledge of construction documents \- Positive attitude \- Ability to work flexible hours maintaining several projects \- Knowledge of vendors & showrooms a plus \- Attend project meetings and site visits with Principal Designer \- Ability to create/ maintain schedules, timelines & status reports \- Maintain client communication to ensure that goals are being met and any problems are effectively addressed in a manner that satisfies the needs of multiple parties \- Coordinate with and assist Principal Designer for onsite project installations \- CA Driver's License Compensation will be based on experience.
