Our preference is to see applicants with demonstrated experience in the field and proficiency for understanding how residential interiors projects work so that you can take the ball and run with it on certain projects. -Core responsibilities for this role will be to work in support of our design team to make projects go! -A creative drive and perspective to share opinions and feedback encouraged -Communication skills must be strong - we are looking for someone who can get the job done and who also knows when to stop and ask questions After first 90 days of employment an internal review will occur in order to assess next steps with your position and trajectory for new opportunities and growth within the role.
