Interior Design Assistant

We’re seeking someone who blends strong creative instincts with exceptional organization—a combination that’s hard to find. Support the principal with design concepts, presentations, and material selections Support the principal with creation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation Source furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E) aligned with project goals Help manage project logistics, including ordering, tracking, and vendor coordination Participate in site visits, installations, and client meetings Maintain organization across multiple projects and timelines Maintain the office and design library Prepare the office for client meetings This position is perfect for someone who is excited to build a strong foundation in interior design. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional interior design experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage full-service residential projects from concept through completion. Design Process Expertise: Deep understanding of all phases of the design process—including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation—with the ability to carry a cohesive vision through to final installation.
