We are an award winning Design-Build home remodeling company looking to bring an Interior Design Assistant on to our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their duties and will be able to multitask in a competitive and constantly evolving industry. Interior Design Assistant roles include but are not limited to: • Taking incoming phone calls and following the lead intake process. Design assistants are often the first point of contact for our clients, and they are responsible for establishing professional, friendly, and memorable first impressions • Researching materials, assisting clients with material shopping and selections, and coordinating orders with vendors • Communicating, scheduling, and attending meetings with our draftsman, production crew, subcontractors, and clients as needed for projects • Managing the company global calendar and project pipelines to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times • Attending design meetings and taking detailed notes • Maintaining project estimate files using Microsoft Excel • Creating 3D interior design models using Chief Architect Software Bachelor’s degree or a background in interior design, drafting, architecture, or related fields preferred. We are looking for someone who is excited about the Design-Build process and is eager to learn and take on responsibilities.
