Interior Design Assistant (Trade Accounts Team)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Interior Design Assistant to join our Trade Accounts Team to support senior management in the ongoing growth and success of Studio 882’s trade program. Assist senior management with trade program coordination and designer supportPrepare quotes, order details, and follow-up communication for trade accountsTrack active orders and communicate project updates to designers and vendorsMaintain precise account information and project notes in our CRM systemSupport design presentations and showroom meetings with trade partnersAssist with new trade member onboarding and provide informational materialsCollaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolutionHelp improve internal processes to better serve the interior designer communityQualifications: Strong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, design-forward environmentExperience with customer service, CRM tools, or project support preferredA genuine interest in furniture, design, or supporting creative professionalsA friendly, positive presence and proactive mindsetWhy Work at Studio 882: Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Will you be able to reliably commute for this position and are you willing to work one weekend day each week?
