Interior Design Assistant

Helen Piteo Interiors, LLC is a Wappingers Falls-based interior design firm seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated team member to support our talented design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about interior design.

The ideal candidate is proficient in CAD, has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the design team with a variety of residential interior design projectsPreparing and updating CAD drawingsMaintaining and organizing the design libraryMeeting with vendor representatives and coordinating new product introductionsAssisting with general office organization and administrative tasksSupporting designers during client site visits, project meetings, and installationsAssisting with product sourcing, sample management, and project coordination as neededQualifications:

Proficiency in CAD (required)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple prioritiesPositive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learnPassion for interior design and attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you enjoy being part of a creative, collaborative team and are looking to grow your career in interior design, we would love to hear from you.
