Primary Responsibilities: · Work closely with the Director of Interior Design and Principal Designer to anticipate needs and provide added value to projects and tasks · Obtain quotes from vendors and track client orders · Schedule and oversee deliveries · Help with installations and styling · Assist in preparation of mood boards and client presentations · Manage relationships with vendors, workrooms and receiving warehouses · Scale furniture and lighting in plans and experience with rendered elevations · Maintain organization of fabric library · Gather and return product samples · Other responsibilities as are typical for an Interior Design Assistant · Measure existing conditions
