This position is flexible with hours a start of 10 hours a week and is 100% remote. We seek a candidate who shares a similar style to our own so we can match the needs of our client projects best and also ensure your success on our team. RESPONSIBILITES • Provide support to Principal Designer and the senior designer with the flexibility to jump in and help on any level. Provide design, clerical and administrative support to the design team Assist principal with requesting quotes, creating proposals and tracking orders Provide support in sourcing materials and creating CAD plans for various projects Ability to draft and create space plans, floor plans and elevations; rendering of work is not required but a bonus if this is a skill you have Assist interior designers and Principal with installations, coordinate deliveries and handle post- installation follow up activities Ability to help haul heavy samples and small furniture items during presentations or installations Virtual organize and maintenance of design library and client files/boards Set up meetings with vendors and present new materials to Principle Research building materials, new products and finishes Maintain the library, studio files, binders and return samples to the design center Prepare for client meetings and other responsibilities as needed: Gather and pack necessary materials and organize the meeting agenda Write and revise specifications for furnishings Create budgets, schedules and specifications Type meeting notes, add to Asana and create project binders SKILLS: \\- Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design - Not required but preferred.
