Ebanista is a small chain of high-end home furnishings showrooms, located in major cities nationwide. This position has an immediate opening and works within the Interior Design department located at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters and warehouse. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Duties include but are not limited to: Tracking orders and entering order information into our system (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft AX) Consistent follow-up on status of all orders in production and closing out completed orders in our system Overseeing the receipt and inspections process of newly completed merchandise Scheduling vendor pickups of completed orders and ensuring a smooth and problem-free pick up experience Constant communication with vendors and sales team via phone and email Working together with fellow members of the Sales, Operations, and Design Department team to ensure orders are executed quickly and accurately Specifying fabrics, trims, wallpapers, etc. (at showrooms and online) for senior designers to select for projects JOB REQUIREMENTS: Furniture or interior design experience required Great attitude and self-starter mentality a must Detail-oriented to the point of obsessive!
