Our team works together in all aspects of running the day to day of our interior design firm, and there is tremendous opportunity for growth. -Drafting of floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, etc. -Create finish schedules and coordinator construction/installation with contractors -Order samples and materials from vendors -Office tidying and organization as well as resource library maintenance -Preparing, managing and maintaining all project correspondence and documents -Preparing client presentations and construction documents -Assist with installations, measuring appointments, etc. -Correspond and interact with clients, contractors, vendors, etc., in a professional manner -Marketing assistance -Help photographing, pricing and uploading furnishings inventory of vintage, antique and soft goods on hand. -1-3 years of prior design experience preferred -Experienced with Photoshop, CAD, SketchUp -Rendering and hand sketching or 3D skills a plus but not required -Experience with Ivy and Quickbooks helpful -Part-time (15-20) per week with full time possibility -Must have car.
