Quick Apply Full-time 23 hours ago Full Job Description Studio Tatum is a full service design+build firm with a portfolio ranging from new construction designs to interior remodels and exterior living area improvements to full blown back yard makeovers. We are looking for an Interior design assistant to undertake a variety of design projects. Responsibilities Assist design lead with project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule as directed Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Gather information for costs and project fees Research on materials and products sourcing Create Inspiration Boards and product selection boards Constant communication with design lead Work closely with Studio Tatum team members as well as contractors Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices Skills Professional experience in decorating interior spaces preferred (consultations, renovations, space planning, new constructions, etc. ) Experience in design selections preferred (layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, etc. ) Experience in Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, Houzz Pro, or other design programs Portfolio of design experience Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Communication and presentation skills Project management skills BS degree in Interior Design or similar Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $36,000.
