Interior Design Assistant

We offer classic taste and chic sophistication to residential interiors. Our firm specializes in high end renovations from kitchen and bathroom to the entire house. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs and budget constraints • Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections • Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and renderings of design concepts • Select and source materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure proper installation and execution of design plans • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interior design Skills: • Proficient in CAD software for creating detailed drawings and renderings • Familiarity with software for project collaboration and document management • Proficient in creating visual presentations and mood boards • Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage project costs • Knowledge of lighting design principles to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces • Project management skills to assist in the entire design process from concept to completion • Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate design ideas • Sales skills to promote design services and secure new clients • Experience in remodeling projects is a plus Job Type: Part-time
