Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately convert design sketches to CAD designs • Basic computer skills/typing proficiency expected • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Provide administrative support to the sales and design team by scheduling and relaying information received • Assist with sales presentations and design appointments with clients • Maintain prospects and client data in Buildertrend accurately • Interview prospective clients and build rapport as the first voice that a potential client hears when they call for more information about working with Greystone on a remodeling projectProperly document and manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails If you are a motivated individual with a passion for design, people and customer service, we encourage you to send us your resume and a short explanation of why you think we'll love working with you.
