This position is a full-time, nine-month appointment, starting August 1, 2024. We invite... individuals to collaborate with program faculty to inspire our students to build a holistic understanding of interior design as a human-centered, sustainability-focused, and community-minded profession. The successful candidate will welcome an opportunity to work in Iowa and the Midwest, and especially on UNI’s beautiful campus to experience the warmth of the place and its people. Our program has benefited from the diversity of faculty experience, including strong contributions from individuals who transitioned to teaching from professional practice. Active learning takes place in studio and lecture classes through studio interactions, concept development and hands-on problem solving.
