```Job Overview``` We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. ```Duties``` - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed plans, including layout, furniture selection, lighting design, color schemes, and materials - Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plan - Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards - Stay updated on current design trends and technologies ```Requirements``` - Proven... experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software - Strong knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles - Experience in remodeling and renovation projects - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of budgeting and pricing for interior design projects If you are passionate about creating beautiful spaces and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
