About the Role The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in supporting our vast closet solutions and ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Provide customer service support to obtain, analyze, and verify order information in a timely manner • Specialize in supporting our vast closet solutions and ensure excellent service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained • Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement • Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone and face-to-face interactions in the showroom • Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues What We Offer • Competitive market-based hourly pay rate • Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)
