Job Description The assistant will be responsible for supporting the design team in all stages of the design process from research and concept development to procurement and installation... • Create design concepts, layouts, build 3D modeling and collaborate with team members • Prepare mood boards, sketches, and illustrations to communicate design concepts • Assist with materials sourcing, checking stock, pricing, lead times and maintaining up to date knowledge of suppliers • Procurement and tracking of all approved design elements through installation • Management of all design development activities, including scheduling, samples, swatches, and materials • Organize and maintain all samples libraries • Attend site visits with designers from initial meetings to final installation • Professionally communicate with clients, vendors, fabricators, and trades people • Client and customer support on showroom sales floor Please send a resume and cover letter to keith@eclectichome.net Eclectic Home is a creative team of designers and managers who lead clients in every step of the project, assuring pleasurable and timely execution.
