The most successful resumes for this role must have interior design experience, problem solving skills, think out of the box, be a self starter, creative, detail-oriented, organized, punctual, independently motivated, social media savvy and a multitasker. This is a part time position with varying days each week and a flexible schedule. Requires brand familiarity • Place and track orders • Ordering samples and/or product and organizing based on project • Use Asana to track projects and document processes and workflow • Social Media posting and management • Create and manage project timelines • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors via phone/email • Pickup and delivery of project materials • Managing sample library • Taking direction from management and design team • Ability to follow protocol and standard operating procedures of business • Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner • Ability to multi-task and independently follow up on unfinished tasks • Has portfolio of construction/conceptual drawings • ************************************************************** To apply: Please respond with salary requirements, and include resume, portfolio samples of prior projects (including documentation created) - such as moodboards, plus 2D drawings made in Layout showing elevations, space planning and floorplans.
