```Duties``` - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget constraints - Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections... - Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit - Select and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the client's vision and budget - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects - Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements, ensuring they meet quality standards - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design techniques ```Requirements``` - School Design or related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit - Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning - Familiarity with building codes and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour Ability to Commute: • South Holland, IL (Required)
