Interior Design Assistant

Interior Design Assistant Position available with very busy Residential Interior Design firm. There may be the opportunity to travel to High Point Market in Spring or Fall to assist the Lead Interior Designer. Based on performance and talent there is also the opportunity to advance over time into an Associate Interior Designer. The position involves a lot of driving around Orlando and surrounding areas and you will have to use your cell phone for phone calls, video calls, texts, taking photos, videos & notes, looking up information online, and using dropbox, gmail & google calendar. - Experience working daily with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is Required - 1 year minimum work experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Project Management or Administrative position is Required - Experience creating invoices, entering receipts & running reports in QuickBooks is Preferred - Experience creating floorplans, elevations & 3D renderings using Chief Architect or similar CAD based software is Preferred - Experience reading blueprints and understanding basic construction methodologies & code requirements is Preferred
