Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations • Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D renderings for client presentations • Source and select materials, furniture, and accessories • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials • Maintain organized project files and documentation • Conduct site visits to take measurements and oversee project progress • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing communications • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive project execution Qualifications: • Proven experience in interior design or a related field • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) • Strong rendering skills with experience in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Located in or near Rocklin, California, with reliable transportation We look forward to seeing your creativity and passion for design!
