Job Description Job Description The primary focus of the Assistant is to work closely with Interior Designers to research, select, and order a wide variety of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) as well as construction materials. Major Duties: • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including assisting the Interior Designers as directed • Produce Design Requisitions as directed by the Interior Designers • Adhere to schedules and ensure deadlines are met • Assist the Interior Designers with compiling budgets • Obtaining quotes and material samples from vendors • Liaise with HPI's Purchasing department and review project material trackers • Occasionally, Assistants may be asked to travel to job sites to assist in project installations and property inspection reports Travel: Passport required to travel to the Caribbean Company Description
