Interior Design Assistant / Intern

At IDS we are a local Interior Design firm with whole project solutions working in residential and commercial design. We love construction and remodeling and get excited to see a project from dirt to drapery. This is a full time on-site role for an Interior Design Assistant / Intern at IDS (FL Interior Design Solutions) in Jacksonville, Florida. Qualifications • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment or be an individually productive contributor is critical • Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design or related field a plus • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field of Interior Design, with love for color and style Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
