Interior Design Assistant - Window Treatments

We are seeking an Interior Design Assistant - Window Treatments to join our team at Fabricut. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising customers on the kind and quantity of fabric needed for window treatments and appropriate hardware for specific uses. Your primary objective will be to work closely with sales representatives to identify customers for Finished Product and Drapery Hardware, teach and assist customers in measuring for drapery and hardware, and provide guidance on motorization and installation. You will also be responsible for representing and managing Fabricut, Stroheim, Vervain, S. Harris, and Trend products in a professional manner and appearance. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with sales representatives to identify customers for Finished Product and Drapery Hardware • Teach and assist customers in measuring for drapery and hardware • Provide guidance on motorization and installation • Represent and manage Fabricut, Stroheim, Vervain, S. Harris, and Trend products in a professional manner and appearance Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • 3-5 years' experience with Window Treatments is necessary • Workroom knowledge beneficial • Ability to learn product lines • Excellent organizational skills • Superb interpersonal skills
