The candidate must have an extremely strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude. I’m seeking a strong candidate who work well under pressure, detail driven and self-motivated. Ideally someone local to the South Pasadena area. Tasks include, but not limited to: Running errands, CAD drawing/specification and 3D renderings. - Provide assistance in the creation of preliminary plans and design concepts - Assist in analyzing design objectives in accordance to clients' needs - Provide input in creation of design concept statements - Perform market research work in a bid to understand costs and trends - Order samples from vendors and handle presentations creation activities - Assist with sample selections, hand sketches, drawings, schedules and boards - Maintain knowledge of space planning, floor finish plans and elevations - Assist with installations, coordinate deliveries and handle post installation follow up activities - Provide support in creating sourcing materials and CAD plans for various projects Required Skills/Qualifications:
