The Interior Design Associate will assist in all aspects of the design process and business operations. This role involves sourcing materials and furnishings, assisting with project management tasks, implementing systems like Studio Designer, managing client invoicing, and performing local errands. Key Responsibilities: Design Support & Sourcing • Source lighting, fabric, furniture, finishes, and accessories for client projects • Communicate with vendors for quotes, lead times, and samples • Track orders and manage sample library Qualifications: • Takes a strong initiative in all tasks • 1–3 years of experience in interior design or related field preferred • Strong understanding of design materials, furnishings, and procurement • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Studio Designer software • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
