\- Visit each property when assigned, and help develop the design based on the company’s vision for the home. If you are only interested in implementing your design agenda, or historical training, and past work style, and/or unwilling to accept the company’s vision for each property you will not enjoy this position. \- Be service oriented - always looking for what more can be done to help. \- Excellent attendance, punctual on time work arrival. This is required by you – not optional (so as to protect the privacy of the company and its clients).
