Interior Design Assistant

We service clients in the Louisville Metropolitan area as well as secondary homes across the country. We are a multi-award winning company with numerous publications including House Beautiful, Your Kentuckiana Home, and HGTV. This is a part-time on-site role for an Interior Design Assistant located in Louisville, KY. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week). Key Responsibilities • Support designers with product research, sourcing, and presentation preparation • Track project progress using in-house project management software • Assist with on-site project installations • Maintain the design library, product samples, and manage inventory of warehouse supplies • Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and installers • Perform general office tasks, including errands, supply restocking, and light custodial duties Qualifications: • Prior experience in interior design or a related field preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Proficient with computers and online research • Professional demeanor and appearance • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow direction • Must be self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently without constant supervision • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
