Job Title: Interior Design Associate II • *Company Overview**: Hoefer Wysocki Architecture, a renowned firm in the field of architecture and interior design, is seeking an experienced Interior Design Associate II to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, we are committed to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. • *Job Description:** The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant corporate interiors project experience, with a strong background in conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation, and selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and artwork. As an Interior Design Associate II, you will collaborate with our team to generate architectural concepts for interior projects, interpreting and organizing design assignments, and providing subject matter expertise on specific components of Interior Design. • *Essential Responsibilities:** • Overall knowledge of construction documentation and process • Possess interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Ability to assist in the production and development of design proposals • Overall knowledge of furniture specifications and budgets • Ability to lead client meetings regarding interior design issues and maintain client contact • Flexibility and agility to work on projects in a variety of locations • Proficiency in Revit and experience in Revit rendering • *Required Skills and Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in the field of Architecture or Interior Design with AIA or NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Revit software required • Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Google Sketchup, and 3D rendering are desired • *Benefits:** Hoefer Wysocki Architecture offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
