Interior Design Associate II (Non-licensed)

Hoefer Welker has an opening for a non-licensed Interior Design Associate with an exceptionally creative design portfolio and will collaborate in all phases of project design with a focus on conceptual design, programming, space planning, documentation and selection of materials, finishes, furniture and artwork. This person plans and designs interior aspects of large or multiple projects by developing appropriate concepts and approaches. Essential Responsibilities: • Overall knowledge of construction documentation and process • Possess interpersonal and client relation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects • Ability to assist in the production and development of design proposals • Overall knowledge of furniture specifications and budgets • Ability to lead client meetings regarding interior design issues and maintain client contact • Flexibility and agility to work on projects in a variety of locations • Proficiency in Revit and experience in Revit rendering Job Requiremetns To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
