```Duties:``` - Collaborate with team to determine the design preferences and needs of design projects - Create and present design concepts, including color schemes, and furniture layouts... - Develop detailed plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and CAD - Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately - Oversee the installation and arrangement of furniture, artwork, and decor items - Provide guidance on space planning, layout optimization, and functionality improvements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques -Proficiency in Quick Books. - Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through visual presentations - Knowledge of lighting design principles and experience with lighting sales is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
