Position Summary The Selections Specialist supports clients through the design process, guides the selection of finishes and fixtures, and ensures that these items are successfully delivered. This position is primarily office-based, with the option of occasional remote work. Additional Responsibilities • Assist in writing construction contracts • Generate material takeoffs from plans, and assist in estimating • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors • Process and approve vendor invoices • Research finish and fixture options • Assist in developing standard operating procedures
