Interior Design Associate

We are looking for a talented Interior Design Associate to join our team. You will also be responsible for presenting our flooring products and explaining the benefits and features of each option. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be knowledgeable about flooring products. We take pride in providing an unparalleled, high-touch in-home service for flooring and design. Responsibilities: • Working closely with clients to understand their design preferences and budget constraints • Presenting our flooring products and explaining the benefits and features of each option • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise Requirements: • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of flooring products and customer service principles • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
