The Interior Design Associate will gain hands-on experience throughout the phases of design with a focus on supporting project teams in design creation and documentation, preparing presentation materials, and researching materials and finishes, all while adhering to high aesthetic standards and sustainability goals. There is opportunity to move into a project manager role and direct their own projects. · Work with the Design & Build team to create innovative solutions for tenants moving into and/or revising the footprint of their space within the Robinson Park portfolio of properties · Communicate effectively with clients as required · Preference will be given to Interior Design candidates who have passed or who are pursuing NCIDQ certification and have 2-4 years of experience working in an architecture firm.
