Interior Design Associate

The Interior Design Associate supports the design team through all phases of interior design projects, from concept development through construction administration. Source materials, finishes, and furniture based on design direction.Request samples from vendors and maintain the materials library.Assist with cost comparisons, product research, and vendor coordination. Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with rendering software is a plus.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support a fast-paced design environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Passion for design, materials, and the architectural process. Catches small errors in drawings, specifications, and material schedules.Ensures accuracy when preparing CAD/Revit files, finishes boards, and documentation. Adaptable & FlexibleAble to handle evolving project requirements and last-minute changes.Comfortable juggling production tasks alongside creative tasks.
