Interior Design Associate

Job Description Job Description Our growing interior design team is seeking a talented, motivated, Interior Designer who is eager to collaborate with and execute the design of our residential and commercial spaces. What You Bring • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution or combination of education and experience • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related role • Experience in residential interior design is required; experience in commercial interior design is a plus • Demonstrate a good eye for scale and balance, color and material relationships in both architecture and FF&E • Strong skills in Google Suite Documents, specifically slides and sheets (Microsoft Office excel or powerpoint equivalent) • Experience with Photoshop, Bluebeam, SketchUp and AutoCAD (or equivalent program) is a plus • Experience with quotes, proposals, budgets, purchase orders and purchasing process • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized • Ability to multi-task; meet deadlines and is eager to learn and grow with firm • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team • Have a positive, friendly, professional attitude and a good sense of humor • Possess the passion and curiosity to constantly research and explore innovative materials As a testament to our process and talented team, LVD was most recently recognized by Gulfshore Life Magazine as The Best of the Gulfshore 2022 + 2025 Interior Design Finalist and Top 25 Interior Designers 2022 + 2024 by Design + Decor Magazine South Florida.
