Duties Include, but not limited to: * Assisting customers in design and fabric selection for re-upholstery and custom furniture projects * Use of online databases for multiple fabric manufacturers to look up info and place orders * Development of personal knowledge of in-house fabric offerings and fabric characteristics * Handling of basic office duties including answering the phone and sending/responding to emails * Creating and managing customer invoices in QuickBooks * Managing the scheduling calendar for furniture pickups and deliveries Quickbooks experience is a plus, as well as interest in interior design/furniture. The ideal candidate would have strong customer service skills, self motivated, and works well with others. We are a thriving and expanding family business, looking for someone who could grow into this role, possibly taking on more responsibilities as time goes on. This is a PART TIME position, with every other Saturday required, (10a-1p) in addition to TWO weekdays of your choice! We'd love for you to be a part of our team!
