Design Firm is seeking an experienced Interior Design Bookkeeper/ Office Manager. Bookkeeping or Accounting experience using Studio Designer/Studio Webware in an Interior Design firm is highly desirable and a requirement. Be sure to highlight in your Cover Letter and resume any experience using Studio Designer/Studio Webware in an Interior Design Firm. In this Bookkeeping position, the viable candidate will get exposure to a variety of accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, recording of journal entries and monthly reconciliations. Reconcile credit card accounts for accuracy and in accordance with the project records.
