Retail Sales and Design Consultant Qualifications: \\- College graduate and a minimum of 2 years of experience in either Design, or prior industry sales experience \\- A passion for design, home improvement and making things beautiful \\- Ability to learn new things daily \\- Customer- driven \\- Excellent time management and follow up skills \\- Flexible and adaptable \\- Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines \\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \\- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision in order to meet clients' needs \\- Maintain a fresh and desirable showroom aesthetic with frequently updated product displays.
