Interior Design CAD Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist (Freelance)

Type: Freelance / Contract (Potential for Long-Term Engagement) As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly skilled CAD Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to help bring our concepts to life through precise technical drawings and elevated visual presentations. You’ll play a key role in translating design vision into detailed documentation and client-ready visuals—leveraging both traditional tools and modern AI technology to produce efficient, high-quality renderings. Miami Beach-based or nearby (required; must be available for in-person meetings/site visits) Highly proficient in AutoCAD Strong experience producing detailed millwork and construction documentation Ability to interpret design direction and translate it into accurate technical drawings and renderings Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for rendering and workflow efficiency Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Familiarity with interior design industry standards Experience working with boutique or luxury design firms Knowledge of lighting plans and finish schedules
