Promontory Club is looking to fill a vacancy for its development and construction arm, Promontory HOMES, and the position of Design Center Coordinator, Full Time. They will run all design meetings, take notes of all meetings, ensure the Interior Design firm and trade professionals complete their project tasks, gather/QC upgrade pricing, and put together a construction design package for the construction department to use in the building of the home. They will be the facilitator of all communication to ensure a positive design experience with the client. • Follow up with clients, interior design Firm, and key trade personnel to summarize client selections, pricing, and pictorials of selections. • Must be able to handle the challenges related to customer service.
