Interior Design Construction Coordinator

The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers throughout the project. Candidates should have experience with Interior design, scheduling, and material selectionof residential projects, as well as the ability to adhere to deadlines and budgets restrictions. The candidate shall also follow up with all players to make sure that project is complete within prescribed schedule and approved material. - Present and maintain a professional and effective relationship with all players including owners, agencies, architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors. - Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure that goals are accomplished on time and budget.
