Job Description: As a Designer, you will play a vital role in helping customers visualize their dream spaces and achieve their home decor goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients • Conduct in-store and in-home consultations to discuss design ideas and provide product recommendations • Create 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards to visualize design concepts • Utilize digital tools and technology to communicate with customers and present design solutions • Stay current on industry trends and products to provide informed guidance to customers Requirements: • 6+ months of competitive sales or interior design service experience preferred • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night
