Company Overview Versatile Surfaces is a leading high-end decorative and architectural surfaces company, representing some of Italy’s most innovative and prestigious brands. We are expanding our offerings to include luxury Italian kitchens, featuring bespoke cabinetry, wardrobes, and walk-in closets. What You’ll Do: • Proactively generate new business by prospecting builders, architects, designers, contractors, and luxury homeowners • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand market presence • Build strong, consultative relationships and act as a trusted resource for clients • Conduct showroom tours, site visits, and design presentations to showcase our collections • Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure exceptional customer experience What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of proven outside/inside sales experience, preferably in luxury products, interiors, construction materials, or related industries • Demonstrated success in prospecting and bringing in new accounts • Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills • Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality and results-driven mindset • A passion for design, architecture, or luxury home products is a plus
